Mossy Propeller Group, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the MyRoofPlan and MyRoofMap services, including the websites myroofplan.com and myroofmap.com, and the MyRoofPlan applications for iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store) (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to roofing companies and their employees who use the platform ("Business Users"), homeowners enrolled in maintenance plans ("Homeowners"), and anyone who visits our websites or uses our apps. The MyRoofPlan apps request the following device permissions. Each is used only for the stated purpose, and you can manage or revoke permissions at any time in your device settings (note that revoking a permission may limit related features).

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Services are intended for business and adult use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
The Services integrate with third parties such as payment processors and mapping/imagery providers. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service you connect to your account.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last Updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide notice by email or in-app/in-platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
When you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS text messages from MyRoofMap or MyRoofPlan, we use that information solely to send you the messages you have consented to receive (such as delivery notifications, verification codes, appointment reminders, and job updates).
We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
You opt in to text messages by providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you create or update your account (for example, in your account or profile settings) or during verification or checkout. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
